  2. How do I redeem an offer?
    METHOD 1: When you're at a partnered hangout, hit 'GRAB' on your favourite offer and enter the bill amount to be paid. You can then choose to pay using any of the means available on the app. Make sure to inform the merchant that you're a FIZZ customer beforehand.
    METHOD 2: Pay on the app to complete the purchase. Some of these require only a part payment where the full amount can be paid to the merchant directly.

  3. What are the different modes of payment?
    With FIZZ, you can pay using cash, FIZZ Money, debit/credit card or net banking. You can also use cash cards such as ItzCash, Oxigen & Paycash, or e-wallets such as PayTM, MobiKwik, Freecharge, I Cash card, SBI Buddy, Jana cash & Jio Money.

  4. How do I get a loyalty stamp?
    You will receive a loyalty stamp once you’ve used the app to complete your transaction. Based on the offer at that particular hangout, the cashier can award you a loyalty stamp. You can track how many you’ve received and how many more you need for your next freebie! Stamps are valid for individual hangouts only and are not inter-redeemable.

  5. I’m a student. Do I get better deals?
    You’re in luck! We at FIZZ believe that students should get something extra special. Register with your student ID and get better discounts and offers.

  6. Will my card details be safe after registering with FIZZ ?
    Payments are enabled through our secure payment gateway partner. It uses the most powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting customer data during transmission. To put this in non-technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000 years for today’s fastest computer to crack Verisign SSL. Good luck beating the system!

  7. Can I cancel the deal I’ve purchased ?
    You may cancel your purchase of a voucher in some cases. If you’ve paid the full amount for your deal, any cancellation will result in full refund of the amount as FIZZ Money. If you’ve purchased an offer that required only a part payment, you are not eligible for any cancellation/refund.

  8. Can I cancel the deal after making a booking/reservation at the restaurant or salon/spa ?
    Once you've made a booking/reservation with the restaurant or salon/spa, the cancellation and refund will be as per the policy of the restaurant or salon/spa.

  9. How do I cancel my deal ?
